Over the years I have tried many techniques for weight loss. I am convinced that natural weight loss techniques are best for long term results.
But, here’s the thing…..
Not everything is right for every person. Even if it does work.
You have a unique personality and lifestyle. And metabolism, food preferences, culture. And on and on.
Each of us is special. And natural weight loss is no different. There are guidelines, so don’t panic. You won’t be thrown out there to figure it all out.
But please remember it’s okay to be different.
Maybe I like seafood but you are a vegetarian. That’s okay. Go with it.
Bottom line is this: Use any natural weight loss technique that works well for you. Toss the rest. I am giving you permission.
Think in terms of abundance. There are so many food options, why limit yourself. My rule of thumb is, if I don’t love it, why eat it?
Get rid of all the ideas that you have to choke down certain foods because they are healthy. There are plenty of healthy foods that you, personally, enjoy. Flavored and prepared just how you like it. Walk that path and you will be solidly on the road to thinness, the natural weight loss way.
